Food photography is an art in itself. And the appreciation for the culinary arts and the beauty of each dish have been some of the factors that made photographer Eduardo Schneider study and develop new framing and lighting techniques to capture food in al its glamour. And working with chefs at their own environment became natural to him. Finding the right angles to shoot while chefs scramble around the kitchen to prepare the perfect subject for a photo is a challenge Eduardo knows well and embraces dearly.
